Ease@Work licensed, credentialed professionals including clinical counselors, LISW’s (Licensed Independent Social Workers), geriatric and childcare specialists, can help in finding care for loved ones and resolving eldercare and childcare issues. Additionally, Mobile Meals employees (staff) and their families can also access legal, financial, fitness, nutritional and smoking cessation counselors at no-cost.
• Employees are assured the program is confidential, short-term and solution-oriented.
• Immediate family members are eligible to use this program.
• The services available help identify and treat issues both at work and at home.
